12. Please E-mail & attach a Resume that includes your educational and professional history, employment experience, honors, scholarships, research activities, and publications. Indicate courses you are currently taking or expect to take prior to matriculation.
13. Please send or have sent transcripts from all colleges or universities attended, GRE scores, and TOEFL scores if applicable. Official copies of your transcripts and test scores will be required by the Graduate College as part of the Graduate College Application (we will forward to the Graduate College).
14. References: Please ask 3 individuals familiar with your qualifications and scientific potential to write a letter of recommendation. All letters must be signed, sealed and sent to the IM program.
