Application for the Paul and Marge Hartman Microbiology Scholarship
Interdepartmental Microbiology (IM) Program, Iowa State University

• Requirements: The applicant must be an undergraduate Microbiology Major.
• Selection Criteria: All applicants who are undergraduates in Microbiology at ISU will be considered. Preference will be given to applicants in the ISU Microbiology Program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of a 4.0 scale) and who show interest in Microbiology activities outside of classwork.
• Selection Process: Applications will be reviewed and scholarships will be allocated based on award criteria.
• Award: The winner(s) will be given the award the subsequent fall semester. The scholarship ($1000) is to be used for tuition and class expenses, such as laboratory fees, textbooks, etc.
