Dr. Cunnick's research is directed toward understanding how various aspects of stress, diet, neutraceuticals, or toxins can modulate the immune system. She is particularly interested in biological activators of natural killer cell activity and macrophages in stressed rats or mice, modulators of wound healing, and edible vaccines.
